1. Lesson Approach
Lessons are individualized and may incorporate music therapy-informed strategies to support engagement, learning, and confidence.
2. Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled weekly at a consistent time when possible. Adjustments may be made as needed.
3. Payment
Payment is required prior to scheduled lessons.
Packages may be offered monthly.
4. Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
Late cancellations may be charged at full session rate.
5. Parent/Caregiver Involvement
Parent presence may be encouraged depending on the learner’s needs.
6. Medical / Behavioral Considerations
Families agree to share relevant information to ensure safe and appropriate instruction.
7. Liability & Participation Consent
By enrolling, you acknowledge participation is voluntary and agree to these terms.
8. Media (Optional – include if you want)
I give permission / do not give permission for photos/videos for educational or promotional use.

I offer 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions. Most families choose 45–60 minutes for deeper engagement and steady progress, but I’ll help you choose what fits your attention and goals.

Each lesson is personalized to the student, but most sessions follow a supportive and engaging structure:
I begin with a brief check-in to help the student feel focused and comfortable. From there, I build skills through music the student enjoys—using familiar songs to keep motivation high.
Lessons include a balance of guided instruction, hands-on playing, and gradual skill-building so students experience success at every step. I revisit previous material, introduce new challenges at the right pace, and adapt in real time based on the learner’s needs.
I close each session with a positive wrap-up so students leave feeling confident and encouraged.
